A 10 minute walk from beautiful sandy beaches and local bars, restaurants and ameneties. The house is set on three levels with marble floors throughout. On the ground floor is a luxury fitted kitchen with cooker / fridge-freezer / dishwasher / washing machine & microwave. The lounge-diner has dining area plus comfortable seating with a TV / DVD and electric ceiling fan. On the second floor are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom & large balcony. Also on the 2nd floor are a shower room & twin bedroom.Both these bedrooms also have effective ceiling fans. The top floor has a further twin bed/sitting room & a balcony with views of the fairway & pool. All linen and towels provided (except beach towels). Our property manager will be on hand during your stay to assist with any queries or enquiries you may have. Also included during your stay is a 50% discount on green fees at local golf courses and booking of tee times. we can also offer discounted beauty treatments at the local luxury hotel. Other activities in the area include tennis, horseriding, watersports (very popular area for windsurfing and kitesurfing), a waterpark, fishing, cycling through the pine forest with its dedicated cycle paths and access to several other stunning golf courses. A new hypermarket has just opened in the town of Cartaya, 10 mins away. The historic town of Seville is within easy reach for a day trip and the border town of Spain / Portugal - Ayamonte around 30 mins drive away. Shopping, dining and visiting the beautiful sandy Portuguese beaches are another must for your visit.
