The complex has its own access to the beach. There is an on-site private swimming pool with separate kids pool and excellent restaurant overlooking the pool area & a fully equipped gym. It is within easy walking distance to the Palacio do Congresso Exhibition centre.

Situated on the new Golden Mile, Estepona, Costa Del Sol, the house/villa is located beach side of the main coast Rd. It is a 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and 2 mins to Estepona town. It is beside the luxury Kempinski Hotel & Spa and the 5* Mar Azul Hotel & Spa. It is also within easy walking distance to beach bars and restaurants and the new and very trendy Laguna Village Beach Complex complete with shops and restaurants. It has convenient access to many leading golf courses and many tourist attractions.

    Notes:

    Ground floor: there is a large bedroom that sleeps up to 4 (two single beds, one bunk bed), it has a double en-suite bathroom.

    On the first floor there is a fully equipped built-in kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms.
    The master double bedroom has a sea view balcony/ terrace. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom, both have large en-suite bathrooms and large built-in wardrobes. A large rooftop terrace with sea views and provides more space to sunbathe and dine as it has a built in BBQ. There is also a private garage. The complex has its own private access to the beach. There is an on-site good sized, very clean and well maintained private swimming pool. There is also a restaurant with terraces overlooking the pool area (discount available to residents)

    Accommodation Notes:

    There is a full sized spare bed that can be used in any of the bedrooms and also a travel cot. Fresh bedding is provided free to guests. The air conditioning throughout the house also provides heating for winter stays but there are also stand alone fans and heaters as alternatives. There is also a washing machine in the basement utility area. All bedroom windows have full blinds and mosquito nets fitted.

    General / Family:

    There is a house folder full of useful information to help you get the most from your holiday, including directions and recommendations of places to visit and eat. We check the house before visitors arrive and can arrange things like flowers or champagne for a special occasion - just ask! The house is ideal for young children as it is front line beach . There is also a small rear garden giving children a secure space to play. The pool area has a good size pool and separate children's pool. Estepona town itself is very child friendly with many beach side playgrounds, there are 3 water parks within 45 mins drive and a Safari Park within 5 minutes. The hotel beside the house offers a full range of watersports. There are two beach bars and more fashionable bars & restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the house. There is also a bus stop just outside the main gate with direct access into town or to Puerto Banus or Marbella. There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute drive.

    Golf & Entertainment:

    Golf Information La Duquesa golf course (2km) is a superb Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole championship course, enjoying panoramic views over the marina, surrounding coastline and hills. Estepona golf course is within 2km and both Sotogrande and Valderama are approximately 12km away. There are more than 10 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the house. Restaurants, shops, spa's and evening entertainment are all within walking distance from the house, incl. evening dancing and shows in the neighbouring hotels.
