A 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. The house is on a small complex surrounding two swimming pools in a small coastal village . The house includes 2 living rooms, with satelitte TVin one and two sofa bedsin another, a kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower, and south facing furnished balcony.
Downstairs leads to 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each. One with the beds pushed together like a double bed. Another shower room. One bedroom leads out onto a walled covered patio area, suitable for hanging the washing.
The house is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, George Forman grill, electric four ringed hob, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and all kitchen equipment and crockery etc., for up to eight persons.
There is a English Satellite TV and a DVD player with lots of DVD's to watch in the main living room. In the second living room there is another portable TV & PS2, (games are not provided). Wi-fi available, payable locally.

| Notes To Rental Rates |
£199.00 per week for 2 persons. Extra persons £25.00 per week. Refundable key deposit of £150.00 payable. This will be refunded on your return as long as the house and contents are not damaged.
For two week holidays if a mid-week clean is required this is an extra £30.00 and if mid-week linen change required this is an extra £10.00 per person.
To confirm a booking a deposit of 20% is required and the balance of the booking along with the key deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
