If you wish to make a booking for 4 weeks or more please enquire as a discount may be available. Additional guests at £25 per person per week (Maximum of 7 people). Travel cot available. Changeover day Mostly the change over day is a Wednesday or a Saturday although this can be flexible. Normal arrival time should be after 4pm and departure time should be at 10am (again this is flexible if there are no outgoing/incoming guests). Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and balcony with views out to sea and over golf course. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and large rear balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet, large marble unit with hand basin, mirror and shaving point. Ground floor bathroom with small bath/shower, WC and mirror. Kitchen: Tastefully fitted with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine etc. Granite worktops and all necessary utensils. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board with window to side. Large outside airer fitted to rear of this room. Storage for inflatables etc. Living Rooms: Large lounge/diner with satellite TV (over 70 channels). CD player, Playstation 2 which can be used to play DVDs (selection of games/DVDs and CD at house). Leather sofas and patio doors leading to large terrace area. Other: All rooms have black out curtains fitted to keep the rooms cool during the day and also allow you to have a lay in! Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and bath towels are provided. We ask all guests to bring their own beach towels. We have a travel cot at the property (small fee payable). Maid service is on weekly basis (additional cleans are available at extra cost - payable locally). Notes on accommodation The villa is ideal for 2 families as the 3rd. bedroom is located on the ground floor and has bathroom next door. The house is within gated area so very safe for young children. There is 24 hour a day security at the golf course. Please note no smoking permitted within the villa. Amenities/Facilities provided: hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave , coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv . ceiling room fans, travel cot, brick built barbecue and guests have use of shared pool . Outside The large terrace area has a brick built BBQ with a large wooden table that will seat up to 8 people. There are sun loungers for your use. The garden area is now mature and is maintained on a weekly basis. Coast/Beach There is a safe bathing beach located in front of the Atlantico Shopping Centre with is just over 1 km from the house. The main beach of caleta is another 1km away. From the main beach you can Jet Ski, Windsurf (Tuition available) and take a trip out on the sea for the day with many different options available. Golf The villa is located on the first golf course in Fuerteventura. The course hosted the 2004 Spanish Open and is 6069m long from the men's championship tees. It is an 18 hole course with 2 loops of nine holes both starting and finishing at the clubhouse. There are 3 large lakes with a stream that meanders between them. There is a practice area which has a 50 bay driving range and professional tuition is available in various languages. Buggies, trolleys and two classes of clubs can be hired. Travel The nearest airport is Puerto del Rosario which is 8km from the house (10 euros) in a taxi. Collection from the airport can be arranged (cost payable locally). Car hire not essential but would recommend if you wish to see more of this beautiful island. Distances Nearest beach, shop, bars, restaurants are just over 1km away. Main town of Caleta 2km from villa. Further details In the Atlantico centre there is a Sol Bank which has English speaking staff. If you wish to take trips the Tourventura office in town can arrange this for you. They offer trips to Lanzarote, The water park/dunes, the botanical gardens and also the Islands Zoo. Booking notes £150 deposit should be made at time of booking, balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. (This deposit is non refundable) Whilst we do not take a security deposit we hope that all guests will look after the property and should there be any breakages/damage the guests will replace the broken items ensuring the following guests do not suffer any inconvenience. We advise all guest to take out full travel insurance prior to their visit as we do not cover loss, injury or any other liabilities.
