The apartment is very spacious, with tall ceilings and marble floors throughout and finished to a very high standard. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable, with large built-in wardrobes. The Master bedroom benefits from a sliding patio door onto the 55m² south facing terrace.
The very latest air conditioning system (with heating) is fitted and the apartment has a large screen plasma TV with a separate stereo system. All furnishings are very elegant and well made.
The apartment has underground parking (with a dedicated space) and a lift provides direct access to the apartment (suitable for disabled people). The entire complex is suitable for children and one of the pools has a large children’s area.
The terrace has comfortable seating for six, with tables and chairs, terrace sofa and sun beds.

Key Collection Days / Times: -
The arrival date is flexible, however please note the following days and times for you to collect the keys from the local agent: Monday to Friday 9.00 - 20.00 and Saturday: 11.00 - 15.00. Should keys need to be collected on a Sunday, or at any other times than those illustrated, additional costs will be incurred (please contact me for further information).
Access to Apartment: -
Arrival Date - Access anytime after 16.00
Departure Date - Please vacate by 12.00 Noon
Returnable Deposit: -
A deposit of €150.00 is required for all booking. This is held as security until the apartment is checked following your departure. If everything is in order, the deposit will be returned within 10 days of your departure date. The prefered method of payment is via bank transfer.
Payment:-
Full payment will be required at least 45 days before departure. Where short notice bookings are made, payment should be made at the earliest opportunity.
Cancellation:-
30 Days or more notice:
Should you cancel your booking, providing at least 30 days notice, I will endevour to re-let the apartment for the specified time. If successful, your deposit/payment will be refunded in full, minus all costs incured (bank / advertising fees etc). If not successful, any money that you have paid would not be refunded.
10 - 30 Days notice:
Should you cancel your booking, and provide between ten and thirty days notice, I will endevour to re-let the apartment for the specified time. If successful, 75% of your deposit/payment will be refunded, minus all costs incured (bank / advertising fees etc). If not successful, any money that you have paid would not be refunded.
10 Days or less notice:
No refunds will be provided.
