This ground floor apartment is located on a small complex, 5 minutes walk from the seafront and 10-15 minutes away from the main shopping and restaurant areas.
There is a large & stunning communial pool. The complex is quiet and has a relaxing and sociable ambience. Particularly suited to any age seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway or young families wanting to avoid the herd and package tours.
The interior is finished to a high standard. So whether you want to relax in the sun or be more active this complex is an ideal place to stay.
Bedroom 1 has a superkingsize bed, security safe. Bedoom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe, mirror above dressing table/chest drawers and are fully air-conditioned.
The living room has a large sofa and easy chair with coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio system. The breakfast bar divides the living room from the kitchen and is and is stocked with crockery and cutlery, & also equipped with a 4 ring hob, full size oven, extractor fan, microwave cooker, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster & not forgeting a full size washing machine & air-conditioning.
Patio doors lead from the living room to a sun terrace with a drinks table and chairs. The view from the terrace overlooks the swimming pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sun loungers. The terrace is separated one from the other by dividing walls, which provide greater privacy. The apartment has a private entrance and a small garden. On-site car parking is provided.
Linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. It is sometimes possible to arrange a late checkout on the day of departure, please enquire. You will need to provide your own beach towels.

A refundable breakage deposit will be required.
A booking deposit of 25 percent is required to secure your rental dates and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of departure/arrival the full amount is due to secure the rental dates.
A reduction for 2nd and subsequent weeks may be available, upon booking, terms and conditions apply.
We have air-conditioning units in both bedrooms and the lounge if you would like to use this facility there will be a charge from 2010 on of £25:00 per week.
Strictly no smoking except on the terrace.
