Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
25% Non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance must be paid on arrival (along with a refundable 150 Euros security deposit taken against unreasonable damage and excessive cleaning).

Changeover day

Saturday arrival 2:00pm. Saturday departure 10.00am. Prefered changeover Saturday but flexible!
