Relaxing Villa on Southern Spain's Islantilla Golf Resort.
Villa Limon is situated on the magnificent Islantilla Golf Complex on Southern Spain's Costa de la Luz. Islantilla Golf is a series of private developments that have grown up around a magnificent 27-hole golf course within walking distance of the sea.
The Villa is ideal for a golfing week or an extended holiday: Islantilla is set on Spain’s Atlantic coast and it is just 20 minutes drive from Portugal, giving you the option to enjoy the delights of both the Spanish and Portuguese Algarves.
Villa Limon is a 2 floor 2 bedroom terraced house (sleeps 5). It has a lovely back garden which overlooks the lakes of the golf course and enjoys the sun for most of the day and early evening.
- Upstairs: master bedroom, secondary bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom
- Downstairs: toilet, lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, drying and utiliy area, patio garden backing onto the golf course
- Own underground parking space.
- Communal area: two swimming pools with life guard and two paddle tennis courts.
Towels and bed linen provided. (Please bring your own beach towels)
Within 10 minutes walk there is a commercial centre which includes cafes/bars, various small shops and a supermarket.
The seafront is 10 minutes walk away with numerous cafes/bars and good restaurants.
The nearest airports are Seville and Faro, both approximately an hours drive away. Faro has a greater choice of low cost carriers

The changeover day for this Villa is Saturday. Please contact us as we are very flexible and will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Notes to Rental Rates
|
|
30% deposit should be sent on booking with the remaining 70% being payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable key deposit required.
Changeover day is normally Saturday during high season (July, August) and for a full week’s booking. During other seasons, changeover and rental duration can be discussed to meet your needs. The apartment should be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and change of laundry for incoming guests.
Arrival time at the apartment should be organised from 5:00 pm onwards. On final payment, arrangements for hand over of keys and general directions will be given.
Please note that long rental periods will attract a discount.
Conditions for Golf are typically very good from September to June.
