This magnificent front line golf villa is situated on the secure and exclusive Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort, Torre-Pacheco which is near to La Manga on the Costa Calida in Spain.

The villa is brand new and has been furnished to a very high standard to cater for all your holiday requirements and offers off-street parking.

It offers 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in a peaceful location with private 8x4m pool, child safety fence with spectacular views of the 3rd and 4th holes from private tiled rear garden and sun terrace.

The 3 bedrooms are fitted with combination beds allowing a double bed or alternatively 2 single beds per room. The rooms can be arranged according to your requirements.

There are two upstairs bathrooms both with a bath and shower attachment (one is en-suite), the ground floor has a bathroom fitted with a shower.

The large living/dining area has a wide screen television, DVD player, stereo system, a PS2 games console and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher making it ideal for families and those who prefer a self-catering break.

The villa is fitted with both air conditioning and central heating ensuring you are comfortable regardless of the weather outside (due to the location central heating is seldom required!).

We are unable to accommodate smoking or pets in the villa.

Long sandy beaches are the regions top attraction, most with palm tree lined promenades & some have children's play areas nearby. The Mar Menor is Europe�s largest salt-water lagoon, containing rich mud full of minerals which can aid skin complaints
