How do I advertise my property / business on RentAccomSpain.com?
How do I register?
It's easy to register, just complete the registration form and you can begin creating your advert.
How do I Login?
You can login to your advert at any time once it has been activated. Once logged in you can use the account area to edit your advert.
How do I create my advert?
To create an advert that can be displayed on RentAccomSpain.com you must be a registered user. Once registered and logged in, you can create your advert. Complete
the details form for your property then pay your LOW - PRICED annual subscription and get it listed live on the site.
How long does it take for my advert to be listed on the RentAccomSpain.com site?
Once you create your advertisement, and pay your subscription, it will be submitted for inclusion on the RentAccomSpain.com website.
We will then check the advert for consistency, spelling errors and content before making it live. This process normally takes up to 1-2 days depending upon the number of advert activation requests we receive that day. We reserve the right to complete this checking process and make any slight modifications as necessary to ensure our terms and conditions are complied with. What could hold up my advert going live?
Not much could hold up the process, but a few things that could are: a) sending the subscription fee by post, b) cheques bouncing, c) major changes requiring to be
made to ensure terms and conditions complicity, d) any suspicion of fraudulent activities.
How long will my advert be live for?
The subscription fee you pay entitles you to list ONE property or business on the site for ONE YEAR from the date of activation.
What if I notice that my advert is wrong once it's gone live?
Don't worry. You can make changes to your advert at any time once it's been activated. Just login to your account area using the username and password you
created when you registered and make any necessary changes. Once you have made any changes to your advertisement they will become live on the website almost
immediately. We receive notification of any changes which are made and reserve the right to make any slight modifications as necessary to ensure our terms and

Can I advertise my property / business which is not based in Spain?
Unfortunately, the site is solely an advertising medium for properties and businesses which are based in Spain.
How do I add photos to my advert?
Including photos in your advert?
Included in your advertising costs are SEVEN photos. Just login to your account and click the ‘Upload photo’ button next to the advert you want to upload a
photo to, then follow the instructions on the next screen.
Can I use any photo?
Any photo can be used in your advertisement as long as it complies with our terms and conditions, i.e. for holiday homes it must be a photo of your actual
property (not an artist's impression or a nicer looking one next door, etc), it must be as up-to-date as possible (i.e. as true a reflection of the property at
the time of advertising as it's possible to be).
How do I change the photo displayed on the search results?
Just login to your account area and change the order of your photos in the list. The first photo in the list is always the one that is displayed as a thumbnail
in the search results.
Can I change where my pictures appear within the advertisement?
The advert layout for each of our advertisers is kept the same to be in keeping with our policy of consistency. Your pictures however, can be placed in whatever
order within the picture area you wish. Just remember, that the picture you place in position 1 is the picture that will be shown as a thumbnail in the search
listings.
How will I receive enquiries?
What happens if someone is interested in my Holiday Home or Business?
If a visitor to the RentAccomSpain.com website likes the look of your advert, they are able to contact you by clicking on a button within your advert. You will
then receive an email from them asking for more details. You should then respond to the enquirer as soon as possible.
Will all my enquiries be genuine?
Unfortunately, there are some unscrupulous people in the real world and we cannot guarantee that all the enquiries you receive will be genuine. We strongly
encourage you to communicate fully with potential clients and to use a modicum of common sense when disclosing personal information.
What will happen if I lose the details of my enquirer?
Each of your enquiries will be notified to you via an email. We also receive a copy, which we archive for you just in case you inadvertently delete your copy.
Charges and Payments
How much will it cost to advertise my property?
The cost to advertise ONE Holiday Home or Business is just £25. This entitles you to list ONE property/service on the site for ONE YEAR from the date of
activation. More than one can be advertised but each must be a separate advertisement with the appropriate advertising fee being paid.
How can I pay my subscription?
You can pay your subscription very easily online via PayPal. This is a secure site, which will allow you to send payment directly from your PayPal account if
you have one, or via Switch, Maestro, Amex, and Credit Card etc if you don't. Just click the 'Pay Now' link and this will take you directly to the PayPal
secure site with the payment details filled in for you.
Are my payments secure if I pay online?
We use PayPal as our online payment provider. This is a secure site, which will allow you to send payment directly from your PayPal account if you have one, or
via Switch, Maestro, Amex, and Credit Card etc if you don't. We don't collect any of your financial or credit card details as part of your payment process. All
of your online payments are handled by Paypal directly on their secure site.
Can I send my payment by post?
Yes, you can always send your payment by post if you prefer. Using this method will just take a little longer for your advertisement to become activated, as we
have to wait until your cheque has been processed by the banking system. Just email us to let us know your intentions and post your cheque. Please don’t forget
to include your property details. Cheques should be made payable to RentAccomSpain.com Ltd. We will automatically activate your advertisement once the cheque
has been processed.
Will you send me a receipt?
You will receive an email confirmation of payment from PayPal if you use the online method of payment. Alternatively, if you post your payment to us, then once
the payment has been processed and your advertisement is activated, you will receive an email confirmation of payment from us. Unfortunately we cannot send VAT
receipts at this time.
Managing Your Adverts
How can I change my price details year on year?
Once your advert is activated you can login to your account area at any time and change any aspect of it.
Can I include special offers?
You can easily do this by just including it in your description.
Would I be able to list more than one property/service in my advert?
Your subscription entitles you to list ONE property or business for ONE year. You can list more than one if you wish, but you must pay the annual subscription for
each. In other words, if you own an apartment block with four apartments in it, you can list all four properties by making four advertisements and paying the
subscription fee for each.
How long do changes I make to my advert take to appear?
Once you have made any changes to your advertisement they will become live on the website almost immediately. We receive notification of any changes which are
made and reserve the right to make any slight modifications as necessary to ensure our terms and conditions are complied with. Click

General Questions
Are there other design layouts for my advert?
We want the layout of the site to be consistent so that our visitors get used to the look and feel it. Consequently, the advert layout for each of our advertisers
is kept the same. The only exception is that some adverts may have more photos included in them that others.
Would you change my advert for me?
The only way we can and will change any of your advert content is if, when checking before activation, we feel that it does not meet with our terms and conditions,
i.e. offensive, menacing, abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights. Click here to

Could you change the advert template to include different colours?
As we feel that the look of the site is important to the overall experience our visitors have, we do not have different templates or colours for different adverts
as this could lead to a confusing myriad of patterns.
If I paid more, would you write my advert for me?
We don't offer any sort of advert writing service at this moment in time, regardless of the fee paid. We feel that to keep that personal touch, it would be more
appropriate for you to write your own advert, otherwise there is the danger that if we wrote them, they would all end up looking very similar to each other.
Do you offer assistance in advert writing?
Our advert writing assistance is limited to the checking of adverts submitted for activation. This is not a service we offer as such but is merely us checking that
the advert is written in such a way in order to comply with our terms and conditions.
Would you format / check my advert?
We automatically check each advert submitted for activation to ensure it complies with our terms and conditions. We do not alter the formatting of it, merely any
offending wording.
How do people find my advert in their searches?
Your advert will always be shown when visitors search for any of the criteria you list within your advert, i.e. if a visitor searches for a house in Valencia
region and yours is in that region / province then it will be displayed.
Is there any way of ensuring my advert is given a higher search priority?
We believe that all our advertisers should have an equal opportunity for their Holiday Home or Business to be displayed in the search listings. Therefore, the only
way each advert moves towards the top (or first) in its listing table is by the fact that it has been listed for longer than some others as the oldest ones are
displayed first.
Could you receive enquiries on my behalf?
One of the prime philosophies of RentAccomSpain.com is that all our advertisers are in control of their own advertisements. We also encourage our advertisers to
communicate as much as possible with their prospective clients and with this in mind we feel it is not in your best interest for us to receive enquiries on your
behalf. The personal feel is far more advantageous to prospective clients than dealing with a third party such as us.
Could you take bookings for me?
Unfortunately, as we are not a travel agent and merely consider ourselves to be a venue where advertisers can list their Holiday Homes or Businesses, we cannot
take bookings on your behalf.
Could you arrange for my enquiries to be answered?
We would actively encourage all our advertisers to communicate at every opportunity with their prospective clients. Answers to enquiries directly from the owner
or proprietor are much more meaningful than from any third party and as such we don't answer enquiries for you. Also, consider this - who knows more about your
Holiday Home or Business than you?
Would you filter out bogus enquiries for me?
Unfortunately we do not get involved in the transaction process and there is no way for us to vet enquiries prior to them reaching you. We strongly encourage you
to communicate fully with potential clients and to use a modicum of common sense when disclosing personal information.
Could you arrange flights for my clients?
Unfortunately, as we are not a travel agent, we cannot arrange any flights.
Where could I find travel information for my clients?
During the creation of your advertisement you can include travel information to give your potential renters some at-a-glance details regarding items like where
the nearest airports, motorway junctions, etc are. Travel information of this sort is easily found at tourist information offices in the areas surrounding your
Holiday Home/Business or via internet search engines. View our travel services page for

What other services do you offer?
Our primary focus at this moment in time is to offer a medium for Holiday Home and Business owners to advertise their properties for rent / sale and services
on the RentAccomSpain.com website and as such, these are the only services we offer.
Troubleshooting
I've forgotten my password
No problem. You can receive an email reminder of your password by clicking the 'forgot password'
link on the login page. An email will be sent to the email address you entered when you initially
registered.
I don't seem to be receiving email enquiries even though they are being sent
There are a number of things you should check which may be preventing your email enquiries from getting through to your inbox.
First you will need to check that the email address you registered with is your current email address as email enquiries will be sent there. Secondly check your Junk Email folder to see if your enquiries are being sent there by your email server. If you do find emails from Rentaccomspain.com there simply add the address to your address book.
If you do not receive emails, even after sending a test enquiry to yourself by clicking the 'contact' button within your advert, please contact us and let us know.
How do I recognize / avoid scam enquiries ?
Email enquiries are sent directly to you and therefore we cannot intercept them and as such you should be vigilant and learn how to spot the signs of a scam
enquiry.

Where could I find a sample booking contract?
We have included a sample booking contract here for your convenience. Although we
provide this free, you should only use it as the basis for your own contract and modify it to suit your needs. Once you have finalized your booking contract
you should have it approved by your solicitor to ensure it meets all local and national letting regulations.
Remember, you should not accept / confirm a booking unless you have a signed contract returned along with your stated booking deposit.
