Network Marketing
We all network
everyday, whether that be with friends, family, work colleagues or strangers we meet.
The secret to network marketing is using these contacts as a means of spreading the word about your holiday home and the fact that
you rent it out for holidays.
Used correctly, your network can work for you, behind the scenes, telling their friends who tell their friends and so on ...
A few free and easy methods of directing visitors to your online advert are to:
-
Pass out business cards to all your friends, family and work colleagues. Include your contact details
and the online URL, e.g. http://www.rentaccomspain.com/CasaLejos-Villamartin,
to your advert, just in case any of their friends gets to see it.
-
Include the URL wherever else you can, such as at the bottom of all your personal emails. This allows
readers of your emails to click straight through to your advert and spread it virally as the email gets forwarded on.
-
Use internet forums or discussion groups. Some of these allow you to put your signature at the end of
your post so add a link to your online advert there.
-
Create a social networking account on the popular network sites such as Facebook, MySpace or Friends
Reunited, keep in touch with your friends and add a link to your profile. Your link will be seen by your entire social network which
will, in turn, be seen by the entire network of the members of your network which will then be seen by the members of the members of
your network ... well, you get the idea how it grows.
As with all marketing, you should use any opportunity you can to get the message out and promote your holiday home in Spain. The more
people who know about it (especially if they know you), the more chance you have of obtaining a booking.
