Once you register you will be assigned an administration area where you can upload your adverts, make payments or make changes as necessary as many times as you wish (for free).

We are constantly checking and making changes to the pages of our site in order to optimize them for higher search engine rankings. The better optimized the page is, the more likely it is to be found by the search engine such as Google, Yahoo, etc.

Once you create your advertisement and make payment, it will be submitted for inclusion on the RentAccomSpain website. We review and activate most adverts within 1 business day of cleared payment (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm).

Benefit from our online and offline advertising. We advertise in various offline publications such as airline in-flight magazines (flybe, XL airways, bmibaby), travel magazines (Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Travel Magazine) and local area 'Life' magazines. Great exposure for your listing for just £25 per year.

Depending upon the type of listing you have, we provide you with space for up to 7 high quality photos. Pick your photos carefully to show off your Holiday Home or Business at its best.

You will be offered the opportunity to feature your Holiday Home or Business listing on the homepage for a set period of time. This is a direct, clickable link to your advert.

Registration is easy (and free) and you don't need any technical knowledge! Your own online admin system means you can make changes to your advert anytime you want, from anywhere in the world.

Your advert is presented in a neat and clear layout style and can include unlimited text to give all the details about your property or business the viewer needs to know. You can also include up to 7 photos (depending on the type of listing you have) and also have your property or business pinpointed on Google maps.

A link to your own website is included within your listing. Many other websites charge extra for this service but we believe that it's an integral part of your online marketing - not an optional extra.

We don't charge a commission on any bookings you receive. Just a small, one-off annual payment covers your annual advertising - we take care of everything else to ensure your listing gets seen.

You retain total control over your listing which includes receiving enquiries directly to your inbox.
